Your safety is our priority

We take safety seriously. If you experience or witness anything that makes you feel unsafe, we want to hear about it so we can take action.

What to Report

  • A space that doesn't match its listing description
  • Unsafe or hazardous conditions at a property
  • Harassment or inappropriate behaviour from a host or guest
  • Fraudulent listings or suspicious activity
  • Any other concern that affects your safety or experience

How We Handle Reports

1. Review: Every report is reviewed by our trust and safety team within 24 hours.

2. Investigation: We may contact you for additional details and will investigate the matter thoroughly.

3. Action: Depending on the severity, actions can include warnings, listing removal, account suspension, or involvement of local authorities.

Emergency

If you are in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services first. Then report the incident to us so we can take appropriate platform action.
